Frequently asked questions
What counts as a token?
A token is the basic unit of text that LLMs process. Tokens include both input (prompt) and output (completion) tokens across all supported providers. We count tokens exactly as they're billed by your LLM provider.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, your new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my token limit?
On the Free plan, monitoring will pause until the next month. On Pro, we'll automatically charge for additional tokens at $0.50 per million. Enterprise plans have no limits.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes! We offer significant discounts for qualifying startups and nonprofits. Contact our sales team to learn more about our programs.
Is there a long-term contract required?
No contracts required for Free or Pro plans - cancel anytime. Enterprise plans typically involve annual agreements but we're flexible based on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers for annual plans, and can invoice Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
